5. add 1 or 2 cup of water or any stock.

Place the meat or chicken in the pot so that it is cooked on the inside., you can also add some vegetables like carrots, aubergines. Once all of them a cooked inside take them out and set them aside making sure to keep them warm and ready for serving.

7.you have removed the meat or chicken and vegetables, add the spices to the stock that remains in the pan.

8.Then add the rice and let it simmer in the broth.
